Even so, churches, volunteers, and community groups are stepping in to build stronger ties, support families, and create lasting change.

Cowley is a diverse neighbourhood in Oxford, marked by both vibrancy and challenge. Families face financial pressures and instability, yet signs of hope are emerging through faith-based initiatives and community efforts that bring connection and support.
